Building futures through education
Education and skilling are fundamental pillars for sustainable development and poverty alleviation. Our program recognizes education as the most powerful tool to transform individuals, families and communities. Through systematic interventions in formal education, vocational training, digital literacy and infrastructure development, we have supported 5,000+ students and skilled 2,500+ people, creating pathways for sustainable employment and economic growth.
Our approach encompasses supporting formal education at all levels, providing market-oriented vocational training, building digital capabilities and developing educational infrastructure. Training aligned with industry needs has achieved an 80% employment rate among trained participants, and learning environments in 50+ schools have been improved with classrooms, libraries, laboratories and digital facilities.
